NJGPA
New Jersey Graduation Proficiency Assessment — percentage of students meeting graduation readiness benchmarks.
The New Jersey Graduation Proficiency Assessment (NJGPA) is administered annually to 11th grade students in ELA and mathematics. Students are identified as “Graduation Ready” or “Not Yet Graduation Ready” in each subject. The ELA component is aligned to grade 10 standards; the mathematics component is aligned to Algebra I and Geometry standards. Students are required to take the NJGPA as part of New Jersey's graduation requirements.
This dashboard shows results only for 11th grade students; 12th grade students who take the NJGPA as a make-up assessment are not included. Trend data covers the recent school years and can be filtered by student group, with district and state comparisons available.
