Student-to-Staff Ratios

This dashboard shows the ratio of students to each category of staff at the school, district, and state level. Ratios are calculated by dividing total end-of-year enrollment by the unique count of staff in each category. The Students with Disabilities to Child Study Team Members ratio uses end-of-year enrollment for students with disabilities as the numerator. Child Study Team members include school psychologists, school social workers, and learning disability teacher consultants.

Staff counts used for ratio calculations are not based on full-time equivalent (FTE). Staff members assigned only at the district level and not to individual schools may not appear in school-level counts, which can affect the ratios shown in school-level reports.
